i know that it is very irritating and disturbing when unexpected guests come on a sunday evening but the indian tradition says that atithi devo bhava!! so i will do my best to make them feel happy!!!
Oh god...I hate them. I remember how my dad used to invite people over out of nowhere. He'd tell me at the last minute that someone is coming over. Then I'd have to rush to my room, make up my bed, get dressed and fix up my hair. There has been times he forced me to go say hi to the unexpected guest, then there are times I just stay in my room until they leave. I hate being caught off of guard.

If some unexpected guest comes to visit on sunday evening.... I would just go and say hi and after "kitni badi ho gayi. jab pehele dekha tha tab itni choti thi......" routine is over, I would rather like to go to my bedroom and read a good book instead of getting bored .
I think they would find the door locked because sunday evenings are busy roaming here and there. But suddenly there will be a call on the phone and we have to come back as soon as we can because "atithi devo bhava " :D
Usually Sunday is a day of "spending some time for the household activities" like dusting and providing accompaniment to clean the fish aquarium and clean up the drawing room..........make home a clean and tidy place just to our own good. Then we would sit in the silence of the day and have books in our hands and read them for some time. Everything seems desolated but unexpected guests give some pleasant laughing and talking to the silence all around. Serving them seems a very pleasant work and I enjoy it, though I suspect my mother's feelings for unexpected guests, it seems clearly visible how much work she has standing in the kitchen. So, the conclusion- When unexpected guests come on a Sunday then the day becomes very pleasant!
My mothe rused to cook the yummiest of delicacies and we would always pray that somebody lands up in our home on a sunday ......and we would have loads of icecreams!
I was just surfing youtube and i found a video of our school called -AHLCON INTENATIONAL SCHOOL KHOONI ILAKA.if you want to watch it then I have given the link and if it doesn't opens then you can time the name of the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSQKJS8-2rg
Guests on sunday eve really bore me. They are just a headache. When I greet them they just say to me 'hello! Come and sit with me' and they acctualy not talk to me, they talk to my parents or grandparents so I have to just somehow slip from the drawing room.
HAPPY FRIENDSHIP DAY TO ALL. I HAVE WRITTEN FOUR LINES ON FRIEND-
IF YOU ARE A DIAMOND THEN YOU ARE THE BRIGHTEST, IF YOU ARE GOD THEN I AM MOST BLESSED, BUT BETTER THAN ALL THESE YOU ARE A GREAT FRIEND, AND THAT IS WHY YOU ARE THE BEST.
Its very iriitating but this line is also true....
